Had a tooth pulled today and I am shocked at how much the process has increased in cost. I remember when a tooth extraction was around $65. Now $190. I had to pay out of pocket too! :banghead:

It's all good though. I may treat myself to a leather riding jacket this week!

Well you know you didn't have to pay that much. :poke: I'm sure someone here on the org would have helped you out for about $20.00.

I hope you are not in too much pain.

Had some dental work done last year.
If my dentist had kids I'm pretty sure I would have put one of them through their freshman year.

I am on my drugs right now so no pain! I got my meds from the same pharmacy in town that got busted for selling heroin. That's right heroin! If you don't believe me, place a bet and I will show you the news coverage.

So then what did they give you for the tooth pain? "Special" brownies?

Well, how long ago was it $65? You have to consider the costs of running the business going up, increased supply costs, economy issues, etc. You'd actually be surprised how many people don't pay those bills, and don't pay what they owe after insurance.

Sorry, my dad is a dentist, so I have to present the other side.

I understand that! Inflation right? Those darn luxury cars and houses cost so much now! 65$ was back in the late 90s. I do know that I was over charged back in 2006 for 3 wisdom teeth $1200 extraction.

C'mon son! C'mon wit that sh@t son! C'mon!
