Excuse my ignorance because I never had a dyno done with the x-axis as speed, always been rpm.
What is the advantages of using mph instead of rpm or disadvantages?

The disadvantage in this case is you have no idea where the power falls off.
Also as you can see they used a different gear thus the higher hp.
It is too easy to send the customers home will all the files.that way you have all the information.
