The front-end gets light, rider has a death grip on bars which torques the bars and when the weight is put back on the front, the off center tries to correct hence the wobble.

Agreed he should maybe look into a small dual sport bike because I don't see a crotch rocket boding well 4 him in the future. You can only cheat death so many times b4 he finally comes 2 collect....
