DANG YOU EBAY!!!!
So I am watching this MC1 on ebay and I figure I'll go and bid (I want one of these things bad - not even sure why) anyway, so I bid, and I am the highest bidder for awhile, then I bid again. So I scrape under the cushions of my couch and produce 150.00 (money is a little tight, what with school, two kids, a new house and a domestic goddess who takes care of my home and considers me lucky that she doesn't charge me for housekeeping)
and I go for it - there it is, 58 seconds left....I've got it. I get up to go get something to drink, and in the last 30 seconds 6 bids were made to match and exceed mine. Well, I wasn't able to bid more, but man - I was swearing something fierce after the auction....I have to stop using Ebay, my heart can't take the emotional strain.
Oh well, I don't really NEED the MC1.....
I think I'll have to wash my sorrows away with a nice cold Diet 'Niller Coke.
I'm actually pretty stinkin happy that these are the most significant issues that I have right now....I am on a much needed break from school (about two weeks) so it's like I have ADD or something.....
