We know the 2008 busa has vib problems but what is the cause? Mine will vibrate through the grips at a 4500 rpm sitting still so it sounds like its got to be in the motor. any ideas?

I've heard of trying foam or gel grips. I wouldn't know though. Never tried them when I had a busa. I just put some Gel Grips on my zx14 and it made a world of difference. Only costs me 8 bucks too. Try something like that.

Yeah the vibrations are killing my 50 year old arthritic wrists too. Good thing I didn't buy a bike that vibrates for real, like a v-twin, or god forbid a thumper!
