Valve clearance

Hello everyone, I just need some advise on valve clearance. Last year I bought my first Busa (05) with 6000 miles on it. Now it has 10,500 miles and I decided to check valve clearance. The intake valves are good, they all have 0.006 in clearance (0.004-0.008 in). The exhaust valves all have 0.008 in clearance (0.008-0.012 in). The EX are all at the lower limit, should I adjust the Ex valve clearance or leave it alone? Also the maintenance manual states to replace the valve cover gasket & valve cover bolt gaskets, do you guys replace them every time or reuse them if they look good?

Clearances are fine.
You replace gaskets if you want but I have reused many times with NO problems.

Ok thanks, I have a shim kit so I was thinking I could get the EX clearances to 0.010 in. Not sure if I'm being too picky. The valve cover gasket looks good so I'll reuse it. The bolt gaskets look like they have little cracks in the rubber so I ordered new ones.
