US distributor for Matris Dampers - Replacement part hunt

I'm trying to find a replacement mounting bracket for the Matris M3 Damper on my '07. Does anyone have a lead on who the current US distributor is, or have one available? It was purchased through oncycles.com, but they don't appear to be around anymore.

Podiumparts.com quoted me $224+shipping for a replacement mounting kit. I think I'm going to keep shopping, since I got the whole shebang (damper and hardware) for around $185 new.

good to know for sure, I still have the one I bought in the box Its on my mods list but I just havent had any time to get to it. Hopefully I can get the pile o parts sitting in the garage on the bike this spring
