Turbos and inspection

For those than run a turbo in states that require inspections and/or emission testing, I'm just curious if you ever run into issues getting your sticker~?~

Some states are getting very strict on exhaust DB's and running aftermarket exhaust/mufflers not to mention removing the cat.

In New York, there is no emissions test for a motorcycle inspection. As far as DBs are concerned, there is no mandated test equipment for that, either. Whether or not your exhaust is too loud is solely at the discretion of the inspector . . . I inspect many turbos, the majority of which have dump pipes. I would never fail one because of how loud someone else thinks it is!
