Turbo at the Track

Friday night at Farmington dragway in NC there was a MC express turbo Hayabusa running 5:70's at 130mph in the 1/8th, 60ft times were somewhere around 1:50. The owner had a 12" adjustable swingarm but with no clutch mod only stiffer springs.

Did he run the full 1/4???

I'm trying to figure out what his ET would have been. I know 5.90's is in the 8's.

Its only an 1/8th mile track.

hard to say since his mph would be in the 160 range my guess is around 8.45's

back in the day when i had a kaw drag bike i would run 5.80 at 122mph in the 1/8 mile. my quarter mile times were 9.20 at 146mph i had anormally aspirated bike the formula to figure this out is 63% for 1/4 mile time considering this is a turbo i would venture to say 1/4 mile time to be 8.80 at 160 mph
