I hate to say it, but I think the Busa is holding you back. If you were on a 600, you would have been bumped by now.

Does anyone make GSXR-600 race plastic for the Busa?

You need to be bumped to I. Like WWJD was saying it is safer than the beginner group because some of the beginners are completely unpredictable. You are plenty fast enough.

Trackdays rule, I can't wait for my next one

With me having been there twice before, I am familar with the layout.

I am going to set the pace on fire the 1st session.

If I continue to track the Busa, rear sets are in my future.

I did sell my ST1100 a few weeks back, so I do have an empty spont in the garage.

I did find out the "A" group were running in the 1.18 to 1.22 range

I'd like to do VIR in August. It's a bit dicey though because I will have done some track days (Barber) in May/June. Wifey might not like that...

My plans are to do:

Road Atlanta end of May.

VIR South in August

I really want to go to Barber, but I may go to CMP the Saturday after Thanksgiving.

Looks like a fun easy track - not too technical

Got rained out yesterday at Motorsport Ranch in Cresson Texas - very technical track

If I had the money to do a track day, I'd SO be there! I'm gonna try, but I doubt it's happening this year... Hopefully next year, all my ducks will be in a row (did I just say that?) and I'll have some leathers, MONEY, race tires, MONEY, and some time... oh yeah, and MONEY!!! LOL

I'll try this year, but it looks bleak right now...
