you will notice where the OEM nylon grip center has ridges.. In order to put the teflon friction on the grip, you will need to remove that ridge.. Take your time and use an exacto, razor knife or even a dremel.. That teflon piece is what the TM pushes up against to hold the throttle open..
after you get the friction piece mounted flush with the bar end, you can set about installing the TM lock.. The spacer washers go between the TM and the bar end to set the air gap between the Friction piece and the TM itself..
goal is just enough clearance between the TM and the friction block to not drag..
sorry sold mine and so no pics... extra spacers can go in your tool box or behind the bolt that holds the TM to bar (on the outside)
