Suzuki\'s response to Engine Cut Out

If you have had an engine stall/cut out situation and have addressed the dealer with it what is their response/solution?

Do they even respond to your problem or do they say they have not even heard of any problems?

I don't know, Jafeica7, sounds like your message should have been titled "hot nonstart" -- Why the switch to synthetic, is that connected to removing the fuel filter?

I will get my layer to suit Suzuki for selling dangerous vehicle: the busa !
They have no fix, no answer, no nothing since I got the cut-out and last week-end, I was near death on the road because of this fç%&/*ç&% cut-out !!!
I am fed up with this, what can I do to resolve this problem ? I love this bike anyway but is it logic to live with a tiger by your side if it allways want to eat you ?

Do you think your fuel pump filter/hot
start problem and the cutout problem are both
caused by the filter in the fuel pump? Or are
they two seperate problems with two causes?
I hope my Bus' doesent start cutting out as i
use it every night.
