Sprocket Ratios on Turbo Bikes

17/40 is stock gearing for 1999-07

My bad, that sounds more like it. Thanks for that Rick. I guess I will start out trying the 19/40 to keep myself from having to buy another rear sprocket. I have a feeling I will have to feel the bike out for myself to really make a decision. I still want the front end to come up.........cause that's FUN!!

I agree with the FUN part! Think about it,........if you can carry the front wheel a few inches over the pavement,....you have maxed out your power to your current setup. Sounds like a plan!!

Your chain will still fit. The front sprocket is cheaper than the rear sprocket.
