Spring bash Attendees

Since no one else has an "official type" who's gonna (or supposed to anyway) show up for the bash, I figured what the heck

Please post up the following:
1) when you plan to be in the Robbinsville area
2) how many folks are coming with you
3) where you are staying

Also typically folks if they are either looking for a room/roommate, so if you have space or need space post up. I'm pretty sure you can find a place to crash if you need one and speak up

One other thought, if you are riding in or have space in your trailer, perhaps post that up too. Maybe we can help some folks out with gas, keeping company or having riding buddies

For me,
1) Arrive thursday leave sunday
2) currently just me, hoping Lycan can get his buttocks down there with me
3) Phillips - got a room up top

I'm not sure if I'm gonna drag the trailer down or ride. *IF* I drive the truck and trailer I'll have 2 spots open, perhaps 3 if Lycan doesnt go. I'll be heading out of Long Island to Raleigh then over from there.

Since I won't know if I coming until basically last minute I'll be looking for a floor or sofa to sleep on and a trailer hopefully to put bike in overnight.

Some folks will trailer their bikes at night, most folks leave them sitting out...and for some reason there seems to be someone up/outside all night most nights

Just get up there and I'm sure everything else will work out, there is a MicroTel right down the road, its your standard issue type hotel, not sure the cancellation policy but probably can at least book a room and cancel when you know you definitely arent coming

Ok so i recommend that if you have reservations, with the Phillips Motel that you call and verify! I have just found out that my reservation that was made last year, was not made correctly! So i DO NOT have cabin 205, and there are no cabins left!

When I spoke to her the other day she only had a few efficiencies left, no rooms up top and no cabins. If you dont have a reservation make sure you get one somewhere soon or arrange for a place to sleep with someone, there is only a handful of places to stay in the town
