I noticed the article said there were NO exterior fasteners to hold the body on. I noticed a couple main faring bolts, but nothing more. I can't wait to get my hands on one just so I can tear it apart and see how it all works.

Don't sweat it. Let the first year jinks work there way out first. That was my fear when I bought my 06', but honestly I would not by a first year overhaul until it had some serious road testing unde rit's belt.
Remember, the first year Hayabusas had some issues as well - including cracking in the original weaker frames.

Excellent job Nathan! I am giddy waiting for my mag to show up in the mail! Hope you don't mind but I took the liberty of combining all of those into a single PDF. Problem is that it is like 5.4mb as is. Maybe i could email it to one of the Mod's or something so they could post it?

Thats an interesting read as well. Lower (18/43)gearing, 2mm stroke, stiffer suspension. None of that I had read before this.
It's just a good thing they didn't put him on that black '07 or they would have been nose and nose down the back straight
