dude there is a shid ton of things family oriented up there with in a short 30-45min drive

Pigeon Forge - think myrtle beach in the mountains, only no sand

Cherokee - all kindsa stuff, shopping, casino, etc

Lots of National Park type stuff for hiking/sight seeing and right between PF and Cherokee. Honestly though, PF and Gatlinburg (sp?) are probably the best places for the family to chill. Lots of shid to do there, muscle car museum is there too... way cool shid there (see my webshots for pics) and there's a bunch of kid type stuff with shopping, etc.

I did the colorado run in just shy of two days, so I figure its a 3 day one way commute from WA

so thats only like 10 days if you stayed for the entire event

well I want everyone to go and enjoy it but I also know there are at least 10 bikes that *will* be there regardless so I won't be alone

It will be way more fun if its like 50-60 busas though
