Socal 2006 ride!!!!

BaBusa and I are starting to plan the SoCal 2006 ride  

We're looking at what dates would be good.

<span style='font-size:17pt;line-height:100%'>OPEN INVITE</span>, all types of bikes are welcome.

This is what we've got so far;

No earlier than June 9-11th, I have plans

before that, happy plans  

The 18th is Father's Day..., so that takes out 6/16-18.

June 30-July 2nd is too close to the 4th.

And anything after that is getting close to Laguna Seca.

So June 9-11th and 23-25th look to be the weekends.


So, <span style='font-size:17pt;line-height:100%'>if you plan to attend</span>.  Does the 6/9-11th or 6/23-25th look good for you guys.  Post up now!!!!  We'll give it a week or two for everyone to see if the date works for them.

Santa Monica Mts
Idyllwild-Palm Desert  7 levels (where Torque was filmed on the opening sequence)
Ojai-Gorman
Big Bear, The Rim of the World
Julian-Borreigo Springs??  Too hot??
GMR??  Open yet??

Just did Santa Clarita - Gorman - Ojai - Decker Cyn this AM - lotsa twisties!

Any of those routes sounds good.

The Julian ride is super fun since you can literally feel the tires melting into the pavement on the turns..

I PM'd all those guys because you know when it comes to sportbikes.  If 30 say they're coming, about 10 show up

Lamb is in for all days!  Lamb needs to ride the L.A. mountains and Big Bear.  Lamb's up for anything you got planned Charles.  Lamb rides the S.D. mountains all the time so if you would like input for down here give Lamb a P.M.
