It's something to do with shifting the position of the thermostat!! That way the ECU will supposedly get the right temperature reading... and not alter the fuel ratio when its not actually required!! Someone correct me if im wrong...

...Not a very popular mod, as far as I have seen !!

thermostat....would be the radiator one. Replacing it with a honda unit that causes the fan to come on a little sooner.

then there is the air temp sensor mod....relocating the one directly over the motor to a ram air duct that is more forward.
