For now my vote goes to neither...I had a yosh system on my Ninja 1000R...and it was an illfitting, restrictive hard to jet Zyclone baffled pain. I would hope that they make stuff that actually fits a Suzuki fer gods sake with a baffle that actaully breathes...And my buddy had a D&D 4-2-1 sytem on his 10 that ran great.....but was the loudest damn system I've ever heard bar none. For now I'm liking stock...I can reach drain bolts ect without having to remove my exhaust....and I can actaully hear the next day after a ride....lol
D+D cans are great, great sound BUT you can be heard by the POLICE before you are seen.
Stealth mode is best, you are gone by them before they realise that some scud went by.
D&D's for me. Great sound, I am not sure what all the neg press is about. They aren't that loud on the busa. I have heard them on a single can 600 and they are downright obnoxious, but, with the bigger displacement and the dual system they sound nice. Kinda like a V8 mustang. JMHO.
Yeah on a yamaha 600 it is the most obnoxious pipe I have ever heard, bar-none !! Honestly I have never heard them on a big bore. But I have yosh. Look & sound awesome !!
i got yoshi slip-ons... deep growl, low,mid and top end... D&D's sound good driving around town, but in my opinion, tend to get a little ricey-toned when u really get on it. the one thing ive noticed with yoshi slip-ons, is people say they backfire alot...as do mine...not too often, but they do. but sounds kinda cool love the blue flames as well!
I've had both and the yosh cans have a better tone deeper growl that sounds like power and I got a 4 horse gain on the dyno the d&d were loud I don't know that I would say too loud but I didn't like the raspy metal sound almost sounded like a pickup with straight pipes
