Silly crash

Something I should have done regardless of the distance.
Went ~100 meters and turned left into the local library (drive on the left side of the road) and back wheel slid out.
Doing like 10kmh and road was dry.
This was before I had my Hyo. Was on a Lifan then.

Anyway, didnt have any gear save helmet and gloves.
Landed under the bike, which fell on my leg.
Got up and went back to work, limping and sore. About 3 hours later, I couldn't bend it, let alone walk on it.
Was roughly 10cm (3in?) under my knee, ended up looking like I had a bigger kneecap under the real one.

Would've been nearly 2 months ago, still have a decent lump.
Not a serious crash, if you'd even call it that, but it certainly drove the point home about gear.

Would stick up a then and now pic, but internet capped. Later on I guess.

I don't think any amount of gear is going to stop the bike from falling on your leg. Even with leather pants on the weight of the bike is going to hurt. so don't beat your self up to much.???
