Myrtle Beach I ride topless for the those 4 or 5 days. Unless I'm gonna be hitting highway speeds for any amount of time. Most of that is under 45mph. And i know you can crack a skull at 10mph but its a chance i usually am willing to take at that event. Its basically a topless event (sometimes in more ways than one lololol)
