Removing cats and the EPA

The good news is that the EPA do not have the resources or priority to enforce these regulations.

The bad news is that Suzuki on the Gen3 cannot say anything about the potential of the bike without liability. The bad news is also that aftermarket suppliers have to be really careful about how they sell parts which affect emissions. There are numerous examples of $500,000 fines, Vance and Hines, etc..

Since I am always the perfect citizen, that is why my bike is bone stock.

Looks like If older than 2006 aftermarket cans are ok. Newer than that it says bikes were supposed to come with cat’s and are expecting them to still be on the bike. Could be a hassle!

One thing nice were I live in canada they don't care one bit! We can delete diesels or whatever we want we only have noise violations. Not so good for alot of other places in canada though.
