Thanks so much for the offer. I am not sure what they are going to do yet. From what I understand he said the insurance told him today that he has to get it torn down and disspose of it. By the time he does all that he wont have much money left. I was helping him go through things today to see what we could salvage He was telling me he was thinking about buying a trailer and putting it there and just dig a hole and burrie the house. I am not sure he can do that. If you have any advice I sure could use it. (Thanks in advance) I am trying to get somthing going to get them some help. I will know more on that tomorrow I hope. Thanks to all

Post up on Craigslist (and anywhere else you can) that everything must go - bricks, wood, the works... gone. You'd be surprised how much free labor you'll get from that. Then after a couple days, post up that you're looking for local help to dispose of the rest.

You can get 75% or more of this done with a keyboard and mouse (without spending anything).

We are trying to get a list of everything that they had built up for over 40 years. It's such a joke what the insurance is putting them through. We have to list everything they have lost, When and where they bought it and the cost of what they paid then and what it will cost to replace it in todays time. I called the insurance and talked with them. I was told he has a policy that covered up to 47K and we had to list at least 94K to get anything close to the 47. The adjuster pretty much just told us to lie in order to get what he has paid for all these years. Man what has the world come to? Insurance company's have so much BS going on. No wonder the USA is in so much trouble. Sorry but this is just wrong in my book. I don't see how they can get away with it but they do. I got it put on the news about the donation thing. We contacted our church and other things so hopefully things will start rolling soon. He has to get the house torn down and i have got some good advice for a member on here and i am going to check into asap. I know money it tight for everyone but that is what they need for now because they done have anywhere to put anything. Anyway thanks again for the help and advice, Doug
