I might take u up on that in the near future. I work in an area that has quite a few PR's. actually half of our personnel is PR. some real hotties too....
what r ur thoughts on that? they tell me you dont have to stop for red lights (treat as stop signs) after 10 pm or something because of all the car jackings. is that true?
sounds like a great place and wouldnt mind living there after I retire for at least a few years but is the crime as bad as they say? most of em are from there or have family there so its not like its something they r just reading in the news.
Just let me know, I help in any way I can. As far as the crime goes yea it's bad but to be honest, I don't think it's any different than any where else. We have an alarming murder rate BUT rarely will you ever here of the victims being innocent bystanders. Most of the violence here is drug related and as long as you stay away from that crap you will do just fine. Ive been here well over a year and a half and I've never felt threatened or out of place at all. Granted I was born and raised in Brooklyn so I guess that kinda knocks the edge off of most stuff lol.
