Well, my Pilot Road finally was replaced by a Road 2CT. I liked the Road but it was not as sticky on the outer edges as I would like it to be.
I decided to install the Road 2CT and must say that I am impressed with the grip in turns. Much gripier than the Roads.
I got 9800 miles on my Pilot Road rear tire, not bad considering it just barely worethru the grove, no cords showing. All the wear was in the center wich is not surprising since I live in Palm Beach County Florida. Bear in mind that I am not a very conservative rider, the front wheel sees air quite a bit.
Now if only I can get another 10k on the 2CT!

PS I posted on SH.ORG but that board is kind of dead...

I am on the BS BT021 and at 5K.. the rear is still 40% or so? the front.. Well that is another story...

It is maybe 70% worn.. I have never worn a front tire out before the rear.. (well till now) not sure I understand what/why but fact is, the front will be worn out before the rear..

I am thinking either the "Dunlop Roadsmart" or the "Pilot Road 2ct"
