One of the engineers working on a project at work.  I snapped this with my cell phone, so the quality isn't great, but I had to make it look like I was checking messages.

In her late 30's I'm guessing

 Not bad...especially when you work in a steam plant with the typical boiler room guys all day.

I hope you don't get caught camming gals secretly at work...weirdo...

No different than the bystanders in some of the trackside umbrella girl pics on here. They just happen to have gotten caught in the frame.
