PCIII and TRS ex.

A guy I met today just bought an 08 and is selling his PCIII and Yoshi TRS exhaust form his 03. Is there anything I should look for when buying the used PCIII to make sure I'm not getting ripped off and what's the difference in the Yoshi RS-3 and TRS?

header on the TRS and RS-3 is the same. Can design is where the changes are. TRS looks, sounds a bit different but the internal are essentially the same. TRS is supposed to provide better ground clearance.

I would bring a laptop with me to see if the PC is recognized by the Dynojet software. At least that's a start. Not an expert by any means.

I have a PCIII USB, TRS and small box mod and love the setup. Not too loud, looks nice, right price.

Did you dyno your bike or upload the maps?

slightly off topic but can you use a smart TRE and a PCIII combination or are they redundant or do they work well together and is recommended??
