Paid for? Still paying for?

In a perfect world I would've paid in full. But I'm a working class guy and had to finance through a credit union. $274 month, 3yr loan.

That was april 17th 2000 She has long been paid off
Had her 9 years now did nost of my mods in the first 2 years
Last mod was HIDs at busa bash
Now I just enjoy 25000 miles and 14 rear tires later Still LOVE this bike

2 years ago a buddy of mine needed a place to store it for the winter so he brought it by and I took it for a ride before I put it away.When I came back half an hour later my hands were still shaking from the adreneline. He told me that he was probaly selling it the next spring cause he couldn't afford it and I offered to buy it from him. So between September and April we set up a plan where i could pay him 6 grand.

say one on craigslist...had to have it..went out and saw it... gave the guy 10% down...
paying off the rest now. should be paid for in a month or 2. (7 grand in 2 months, it can be done if you live cheap )

i bought my 07 with 500 miles on it for 0 down,$210/month,5 years. got it at the harley shop.

someone traded it in for a new buell.

Both our bikes; 05 Busa LE, and my SV650 are paid for. The SV650 was a strictly cash deal. The Busa we financed through Navy Federal Credit Union (was supposed to be a 5 year loan). Dirt cheap interest. We were able to pay off in two years. So we have the two titles to both free and clear.

me and 6 friends rode our custom vtwins and one busa to the coast to fish. after the millionth mechanical(my bike was called crack who**for a reason)a friend and i proceded to get disgusted and hammered called a dealership and bought mine over the phone. Some san antonio dealerships will sell you a busa over the phone even when they know your hammered.They had us on speaker phone too im glad they are my friends,I think. The good news is i love my busa and i didnt get a divorce.

What year is that Black/Purple ? I think that might be the Busa that you see the least ? Maybe that's why I like it so much ??

I got a loan from credit union, and pay $190.00 a month 5 yrs.

What is it about getting a bike on the "Suzuki card" that's so bad ? A guy I ride with sometimes had 4 friends that got 600's, and all of them had to sell after like 2 years (just take over payments). I remember when I got my Busa they had that deal going where you only had to pay like $100.00 a month. But after 3 years you had to refinance, or something ? He told me that their payments went up from around $100.00 a month, to around $400.00 a month ??

Balloon payment. They hardly cover the interest for years with minimum payments and then the interest goes up very high with the balance due and the payments get out of control quickly.

just got my 04, half down, credit union for the other half worked a lot of extra hours and paid the loan off in two months.

Went into stealership and said I will give you 10300 cash out the door for an 08 orange and black, he said let me look. he said I can do 10500, i said sold find me one. I gave them 2000 and said to call me when you find an orange and black one and about 1 week later got a call, she was in and had to pull from crate and put together, that was june of last year, and the rest is history...........
