Many new things for me ,even boost :poke:

New inner fuel pump (Bosch)
New injectors (blackbird XX or if they are to small the S2000)
New to (big) ECU-flash (easy things as limiter changes or restrictor removed i have done before)
Not yet knowing how much boost on what rpm
I decided to start the first runs with a simple "boost-controler" :please: i turned today .

can he grind down the weld seams, so it looks factory?

on the swingarm i wouldnt grind the seams in order not to destroy the structure and strenght of the metal.

On the plenum i like the seams ,as they are a "masterpiece" of Alu welding.

Its a kind of personel view . grind or not to grind :beerchug:

I agree on being cautious on the grinding on the swing arm to not jeopardize the integrity of it. Theres a lot of torque back there. And a good welder can smooth it down a smite and a pretty bead of weld is " Well" A pretty bead of weld and makes for a good conversation pieace....nice bike and sweet kit. Keep us updated and keep the rubber side down

Bosch-pump is installed now. Pressure checked and is 3-3.2 bar constant when running.
Delivers 3.2l/min in free flow thru original fuelhose which is 180+ l/h
should be ok for my goal > 280-300hp:please::thumbsup:

Rest is only going on slow.???
Daily job is killing me .....its not too bad ,so i can afford an intercooler or some more other nice parts.

baught 2 shinkos :cheerleader:
Track season will start and i want to drive. Go on with my NOS for the moment and learn using my innovate ,and play a bit with ecu-editor.
