Dozens of scooter riders departed Thursday morning from Red Bank for a ride to Deal's Gap in the Smokies. The riders are among hundreds in town this weekend for Amerivespa 2008, an annual rally for enthusiasts of the fuel-efficient vehicles.

Those Vespa boys had better hold on,that Burgman will suckm' in and blow them out the tail pipe. We followed each other off & on for some 30 miles. Thats like a pro stock Vespa with a great rider
