oil & fuel question for a big bore

Guys I bought my Busa used , Dude I got it from said the engine builder recommended using a thicker oil. I picked up some Lucas 20-50 synthic. Has anyone here used Lucas before ??
Also It was said on the radio that they are considering adding 15% ethanol ( I think its BS with the investors getting richer while it destroys our vehicles ). Does anyone know if Seafoam or Lucas etc will really help with the fuel issue? Thanks

Bike is down for the winter already for about a 40 or so days. Will bring her back out around late Mar or Apr. So with around 120 days or so without a ride, should I use a fuel stabilizer or not? Thoughts plz.......
