New ebc-hh pads sticking

When I go to get on my bike in the morning after it sits overnight, I notice the brake pads on the front sticking, and not releasing until I use some force to move the bike forward or backwards.

Its been raining a lot here lately, and been parking the bike in the garage wet. Would this cause the pads to stick to the front rotor? Have I done something wrong, do I need to make adjustments, or is this normal for EBC HH pads with less than 500 miles on them?

Also changed all my lines to SS. Never had this issue with stock lines and pads.

ummm-maybe there's a air-bubble in the lines?just had same pads n SS lines put on my '03 got about 600 mi on now, they were squealing a bit when rotors were cold, went away @ 400mi, no problems since. Have a mech (or u if ya got tools to measure) check pad clearance and make sure rotors arent warping.
