Ok, I changed my brake pads to EBC HH pads today & while browsing the EBC website I seen something that makes me ask this question.
The original brake pads have some sort of radiator plate on the back / held on to the pad with 4 little tabs. Should I use these plates with the new pads?
I put the plates on the back of the new pads, but on the EBC website it says "Where required unique STAINLESS STEEL radiator plates fitted to reduce heat transfer into bikes hydraulics"
Umm, well my ebc pads didnt come with these radiator plates, so should I continue to use the stock ones, or take em off the new ebc pads, figguring if they wanted them on there they would have supplied the radiator plates with the pads.
