Congrats on the busa! and im pretty sure the 1999 was the last year that the busa was completely unrestricted! the copper one is kinda like the optimus prime of busas. also a heat gun will pull those decals off with ease.

Lighter fluid, kerosene, gasoline (dangerous), alcohol and paint thinner will take the goo off.
I would try paint thinner (turpentine) first.!!
