Need some quick ecu editor help

Using bench harness.
Connects to engine data fine over the computer port expected.
Change the flasher to flash mode to read the ecu and get

I have had that issue in the past too and he was able to fix it for me.

Go to device manager
Select com port of the flasher
click the delete button (make sure to check the box to remove driver)
In ecu editor, re-install the driver

That will fix it

Also, close the gauge data window before trying to flash
