Need some help bike not running right

I havent run my bike in some time so the battery was dead, so i taken it out to charge it
I put it back in and bike started up fine runs good at idle but when i give it the gas all it wants to do is chatter, like rev up and down
i do have a power commander i un pluged it from the battery and it didnt start just throws on the F1 light
ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED!!!!

damn no one

i know i need to take the PC all the way off and hook up stock to work right <notjust from battery lol now i do>

all i did was take out battery charge it and back on

bike was running fine when it was parked in april

bike starts fine runs good at idle but when you get on the gas it acts like it has a 2 step on it revs up and down

Define while. How many miles on bike etc...

Tried running seafoam though it? Bad gas maybe?

The PC is not drainging your battery. There's no power to it once the key is off. Hook it back up and the bike will run.
