need help with my busa

have a question, i just bought a 99 turbo busa (mr. turbo) the bike runs awesome except for when it hits 4000 rpm as soon as it gets there it hesitates almost sounds like a 2 step ignition, when i accelerate hard it rolls right past it but just cruising its right at 4000 and driving me nuts, the bike has a pcll mapped by mr. turbo but the spitting does not occur under boost, and when i unplug the pcll its still there but not as bad, any suggestions? i even unplugged the kill box for my airshifter, and still didnt help, maybe a pclll usb?? NEED HELP PLEASE!!!

Sounds like you need a new map. I had this happen when I changed my pipes on another bike. It would hesitate at 4400 for a split second, it drove my up a wall until I had the bike dyno'd.
