So i went to my local shop

http://www.rosenaupowersports.net/links.asp

tried on some pants and shoes..

pants:
1. Icon Super Duty jeans
http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/item.as....ision=1

nice, comfy, thick,  better than plain jeans,, no armor but abrasion resistance..  $75  (too much money for me)

2.  Joe Rocket Phoenix 2 Mesh Pants (worn over jeans)
http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/item.as....sion=1#

okay, thin, good for hot days.. but not cold or wet days..
$139

3.  Joe Rocket Ballastic 5 Textile Pants (worn over jeans)

really nice, water/wind proof.. easy on easy off. some hip armor also.. maybe too hot for summers since you can not remove the liner  $149

4.  Long underwear with protection  (like the Bohn, worn under jeans)

once on, very comfortable, cant even tell you are wearing somethign underneath the jeans.  not too hot for summers.. very nice.. but difficult to take on and get off. $75 clearance (size XL)

Shoes
1. Icon Motorhead Boot (not the similar field armor boot)
http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/item.as....ision=1

very comfy, nice height, good wind protection.. just hard to take of the two buckles, $130

2. Icon Super Duty 2

http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/item.as....ision=1

nice and comfy, but did catch my ankle when talking steps at the lip (too stiff) $90

3. Joe Rocket Reactor Boot
http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/item.as....ision=1

dont care for the looks. but pretty comfy and light. not too stiff, provides medium protection.. $119

hope that helps!

Are they still having their open house at Rosenau?  I doubt it now that its April.  You been to Brighton Superbike/Recreational Leisure?  They have a pretty good amount of gear in stock as well.
