My Gen3 Turbo Kit - lots of pics

What are you doing on this right side?

I’m emailing Scott now to sort out injectors and will be putting my deposit down. Any suggestions on anything?

showing the heat exchanger line routing through ram air tube to the plenum, and chopping the ear off the radiator cap so it fits with line right up against it.

Go BIG or go HOME LOL. Intercooler is always a great idea, beyond that get the turbo sized for what you want to do, and Scott can essentially customize anything you want. NOrmally I would recommend MaxxECU, but I know that won't happen on your bike LOL.

Are you still running the ram air tube for cooling? I’m definitely going with the intercooler as well but figured I’d not use the ram air tubes on either side.

I’m one of your biggest fans so I’ll recommend your PNP for anyone. I even shared your gsxr 1000 post on a roll racing group on fb. The way I went is not best for most people but I love Fueltech.

Also I didn’t know how good you are. Had I known that I’d have waited and got the Maxx from you. Now I recommend you to anyone!

I want them there to help hold fairings together etc., doing my best to keep the bike in-tact as much as possible.

LOL just messing with you, I commend what you are doing, even if it's not my preference LOL.

I appreciate the shares and recommendations.

The tiny stock fuel pump, and the bosch 200 external going on the bike for size comparison

Took the gen3 for a couple of mini test rides yesterday while finishing some things up, wanted to see how quickly the Davis High Performance setup with xona 49-51s turbo starts making boost. This is with the smallest spring that came with the wastegate, but going positive pretty quickly, 0.5 psi at 2700 rpm, boost control isn't turned on to aid in spooling faster.

Got the boost compensated clutch on as well.

It looks exceptionally clean with that air filter and exhaust set up....even with the fairings off, it's hard to even tell it's a turbo set up....

The stealth is awesome and could easily be a factory set up...

Please get hold of Suzuki and impart just a little bit of your skills on them...maybe a factory turbo Hayabusa could be a reality.
