Update:

My mom is doing better. She can't remember my address, but she said the pieces are slowly coming back together for her. She is talking a bit faster now. I know it will be a long road. I'll keep prodding her along.

I just saw this thread today and am sorry to hear about her health. I lost
my mom 7/05 and just the thought of a parent with a serious health issue
can really turn your world upside down

The thing the other day...no worries Bro. I have a sarcastic sense of humor
and sometimes some bad timing, it's not just you...I'm a A$$ most of the time,
but my friends some how put up with me
