maintenance chart

I guess I have too much time on my hands.
I am continuing the maintenance chart that is in the owner's manual.
The one that is on page 50
I am using Microsoft excel.
My question is.
How should I continue with the month?
Should I go this way ( 30m 36m 42m 48m)?
Or should I go this way ( 06/00/04 12/00/04 06/00/05)?
Any suggestions?
