Looking for a type of tank bag

I'm hoping you guys can help me. I'm looking for a particular type of tank bag where there is a ring that attaches to the tank, and then the bag attaches to the ring, so the bag doesn't really touch the tank.

It's not the LuggageLocker system, but something else.

I can't for the life of me remember the name...

Ideas?

Yeah, there is another one made in Germany I think. The ring can be used as a camera mount, gps mount or whatever. Saw it on another thread a couple of days ago about tank bags lifting up at 150 mph.
I'll see if I can find it.
