It's a Nelson Rigg CL350. That model is discontinued and is now the CL1030.

I'm gonna say that's the 08 Busa that originally belonged to Fishhook, but was later sold to TwoBrothersBusa for his son, PumpkinKing. Then it was wrecked on an icey patch on the Blue Ridge Parkway along with a Tiller's TLR.

Oh, and that pic was taken on the Cherohala Skyway.
