Thanks Matt, yea I feel like that is the one for me! I am just surprised I haven't had a lot of offers on mine. I didn't want to set a price just go off of the highest offer but no one has made any on the classified ad. The one guy who wants to come look at it said his brother just died so I am waiting for him to return from the burial.
