Well I just recieved a bunch of natural and propane gas tankless water heaters, and if any meme=bers here want one at cost let me know. Save money off your gas bill and Never run out of hot water again... These are the Rinnai units, I have sold all others and this is the only problem free 25 year hot water heater on the market.....
If I am braking any forum rules by posting this let me know, I fugred I wasnt because I am not going to make a profit in anyway {not even handleing costs, you just pay shipping!!!} It does help me out thuogh because the more I buy the cheaper I get them...
Thanks

(heavybusa @ Apr. 15 2007,16:26) Whats needed to install? What average shipping?
I have everything for installation, Shipped is ussually under $1,000 {I get $2500-3500 installed depending on the house}...
Connect water, gas, vent and electrical {120v}
I use 3 in my home one fore hot water, and 2 for heat...

I work in the heating/cooling/plumbing industry and specify those units... they are very nice and quality equipment. Instantaneous hot water on a need basis

I specialise in high efficiency heating equipment, and use these 3-6 times a week!!!
I can install them just like a boiler, I use them to heat radiant systems, I convert forced warm air furnaces to fwa hydronic air systems, ect.
Between these and the Radiant rush, I keep busy, I dont see why there isnt one of these in every home in the US...
They last 5-6 times longer than a water tank
They save about 1/2 the monthly cost
They never run out of hot water
They instantly heat the water
They take up no floor space
They dont need a chimney
They look impressive with there digital controls
They have no pilot to light
And you get a $300 tax credit for buying a high effeicency heating device!!!!

Heres a pic, I have both natural gas and LP.

Thats there website...
Believe me I have installed them all Bosch, Tackagi, ect and there are none made like this one, the rest are just a boat load of problems..
This has the $300 tax credit..
PS theyhave been using these in Europe for over 30 years, the average life of this unit before any parts service is needed is 25 years !!!
They are incredible.. I have had mne in my home for a while, and we love them, smmer time gas bill is cut in half..
They only run when you need hot water, so your not paying to keep 40 gallons of water 140* all day and night long!!!
If you notice they had to make a new energy guide sticker for this machine, on the scale the rinnai was off the board compared to all other heating units in the yearly cost field!!!

Its federal tax credit, here wee get a 150$ state credit also, but you have to check with your state for the individual state credit... But the 300 is federal so all 50 states get that...

(Over_Easy @ Apr. 16 2007,05:38) Wish my house had gas...looked at these a couple years ago.
