Is this Bike a FAKE?

I saw this on cycle trader. It is supposed to be a 2001. The color is from a 2001 but the design is from a 2002, right?
Check the ad and put in two cents.

No crow here..................Just a simple mistake! Besides it tends to be pretty hard looking at a picture that lacks detail to discern year/make, etc..............
