I respect and appreciate all opinions....positive or negative. I pity those few who don't have the home training or can't find the vocabulary to criticize something without unnecessary insults. There are a lot of respectful ways to say you don't care for something without attempting to put people down. People were a lot nicer before the internet came along.

It's easier for some to be an :moon:a$$:moon: when they don't have to make eye contact.

I personally would not have gone with what you did. I try to be as stealth and unnoticed as possible on my bike. I'm sure your bike gets a LOT of looks and attention. You must have put a lot of time and effort into it. :beerchug:

I did nt read all the posts so maybe I missed it. Were the cans done any differntly to take the heat? Are they holding up?

Exactly! It couldn't have been said any better!

Kudos on being of a different mold. Enjoy your bike and best of luck in the shows.

The cans were done using the same process and has held up very well on my girl's GSXR 1000 and the Busa. But keep in mind that the pipes were both Yosh with carbon fiber sleeves. They do not get very hot at all. More testing is needed before doing this to metal cans. That will be done as soon as we get some riding weather.

Thanks. I also dipped the rear turn signals and they came out great.....and they still work as good as before. So I bought that aftermarket clear tail light and it is being done as we speak.

It is as durable as a good paint job. The completed product is finished with a couple coats of clear. I can be cleaned with anything that you would clean your fairings with.
