Intermittant Power Loss, 06 Busa

Hey guys , have a power loss issue. Rode about 150 miles yesterday. After running the bike for about 20 minutes, at steady speed say 60mph at 3700 rpm , bike will lose power and RPM will drop instantly to 1200 or 1500 RPM for about a second or so. If throttle position is held bike will come back to speed. Does not feel fuel starved. Definitely feels like a electrical issue. No fault indicator light. Any thoughts would be appreciated. I was thinking a possible coil issue

I had a similar issue on my R6 years back. After pulling my hair finally put an ohm meter on the coils and one was suspect. Replaced and no issues. Worth looking into.

Have you checked the rectifier ? It will cause all sorts of issues including what your seeing. I drove myself nuts chasing the problem but the r/r fixed it.
