power loss at low rpm

new member from New Delhi, India. formed the only registered club of superbikers G.O.D.S. (GROUP OF DELHI SUPERBIKERS) In India, its very tough to maintain and run superbikes due to lack of infrastructure here in India but we continuing with our passion. my problem is that my busa 2005 model give a lean feeling upto 1700 -2000 RPM but after 2000 rpm, it is very good. the mod, i have done are:- K&N Air Filter, Air Box Full Mod, Pair valve complety off, 4 IN 1 Full exhaust systen Yoshimura RS3, TRE, PC-III USB. kindly suggest me that whether i need any different map, if yes then kindly tell me from where  or i have to do something else. thanks
