I think after about 6 months, you can cut back. if you are new, it takes some major time to get up to speed on everything. then you settle down a lot. I have self imposed restrictions: I only view the GENERAL and RANDOM areas, ONLY the first page. still takes 30 min x 3 times a day.

Still beats TELEVISION hands down!
